sHIPPING pOLICY

We are currently shipping items out 1 - 5 days depending on the timing of your order. Due to time constraints, we will be collecting orders and going to the post office once to twice a week depending on volume. All items are sent via USPS.

A few very important things to note:

1) All packages are fully insured for loss or damage. However, a loss of package due to incorrect shipping information provided by the customer is not covered. In the event an incorrect shipping address is provided, once the item has been returned to Clover Soapworks LLC, it will only be reshipped once the shipping has been paid in full by the customer again.

2) Please DOUBLE and TRIPLE check you have provided the correct address. Please make sure to include your UNIT # or APARTMENT # if you have one. The leading cause of items being returned/lost is due to an insufficient/wrong address.

3) Clover Soapworks LLC is not responsible for any delays once the packages has been handed off to the USPS but will make every effort to assist in resolving the delay.

CANADA & Other sHIPPING pOLICY

We are now offering shipping to Canada and select locations! A few very important things to note:

1) Due to the global pandemic and Canada/US customs, you may experience a lengthy delay in the receipt of your package. Expect delays. Clover Soapworks LLC is not responsible for any delays once the packages has been handed off to the USPS but will make every effort to assist in resolving the delay. Additionally, expect general delays around the holidays due to the increased shipping times - it is not uncommon for packages to take upwards of 2 to 4 weeks to arrive.

2) Please DOUBLE and TRIPLE check you have provided the correct address. Please make sure to include your UNIT # or APARTMENT # if you have one. The leading cause of items being returned is an insufficient/wrong address.

3) Clover Soapworks LLC does not collect any taxes (VAT, GST, HST, or any other taxes) related to purchases made in Canada or other select locations. You are responsible for any and all taxes that result from your purchase. Any orders returned/not delivered/lost due to the failure to pay these taxes by the customer will not be refunded. If the package is returned to Clover Soapworks LLC, it will only be reshipped once the shipping has been paid in full by the customer again.

5) Shipping $ tiers are based on the weight of the products. There are currently four tiers and their rates are as follows:

0 - 1 LB: $13.00
1 - 2 LB: $17.00
2 - 3 LB: $21.00
3 - 4 LB: $28.00

Orders over 4 lbs are not able to be shipped due to weight restrictions placed by the shipper.

Due to the personal nature of items sold, we cannot accept returns. If you have a problem with your order, please reach out to us and we will try to make it right!

why don’t my items look like the one listed?

Due to the handmade nature of all of the items presented, we cannot guarantee that all items will have the same appearance. However, they should be close in nature to the one you have ordered.

We use a large variety of different ingredients in our products. At some point, one ingredient may have been in contact with another ingredient. It is important that you are aware of ingredients/allergens that could affect you and know that it’s possible they may have been in contact with one of our products.
